What a bizarre and distressingly brief career Kris Burtt had! After 'end'ing up on the receiving end of a nasty group assault in Psycho Sisters (1998), perky Burtt played Camping Girl in Quicksand at Deadman’s Creek (1999) and Customer on Street in Artemin Goldberg: Custom Tailor of Brassieres (2000), which was actually a student-made short film. I guess when you kick your career off with a shockingly off-putting, violent assault sequence, there’s nowhere to go but . . . up?
