If you remember watching this when it was on the air, you’re in rare company, because nobody else looked at the thing. Coming hot off a decade on Seinfeld, Jason Alexander figured he could catch the next wave with Bob Patterson, the story of a self help guru who needs a little self help himself. Only, this comedy forgot one key ingredient – comedy. After a national promotion blitz of trailer ads that weren’t the slightest bit funny, the results were abysmal enough that airing the last six episodes was considered unnecessary.
