Curious but entertaining UK series that seems a winning mix between Melrose Place and A Knight’s Tale. Marks some interesting territory for reuniting a few cast members from John Boorman’s Excalibur and for attempting to stage a serial drama during medieval times. Unfortunately, the experiment didn’t take off and the show was canned after only a dozen episodes. Note: a young and lovely Ione Skye is on board!
