Fitfully entertaining anthology series about an accursed revolver and the tragedy it brings to its various owners. The tales that stayed firmly in the supernatural vein proved the most effective, while others simply lay there limp. Kris Kristofferson aptly delivers the moody narration while a host of generic TV actors populate much of the tales. This one ran for 44 episodes on the Showtime network and you can also find a ‘best-of’ TV movie version as well. Skin fans should keep an eye out for April Telek and Laurie Holden, who appear sexily in a few isolated episodes.
