Director Alejandro Todd puts the pedal to the metal in his high-octane Mexican action thriller La Troca Perrona (2003). A tale of cops and mobsters who loiter around an auto racing track, Todd’s film is chockfull of bloody skirmishes, gun battles, and exploding racers.
