Alby Sherman (Elliot Gould) runs a small Jewish diner in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his mother (Shelley Winters) but dreams of opening his own restaurant in Manhattan, and hopes to do so with the help of his rich uncle Benjamin (Sid Caesar). His uncle is hesitant at first but then agrees to lend him the money, with one stipulation - he has to dump his live-in girlfriend Elizabeth (Margaux Hemingway) because she’s not Jewish. It’s a big ask, especially with Margaux slipping a nip while waking him up in the morning (don’t worry, we Skin-visioned it for ya!) Carol Kane shows up in a lacy negligee and tries to seduce Gould at one point, plus Victoria Barrett debuts her décolletage as a busty blonde paddleball player, and we just can't get over it!
