A predatory salesman seduces a beautiful novelist in the taut psychological thriller Si je t'aime, prends garde à toi (1998). Nathalie Baye stars as Muriel, a successful writer who awakens on a French train to find a charismatic passenger giving her the once-over. Samuel (Daniel Duval) convinces Muriel to accompany him back to his Parisian flat, where she’s coaxed into a dangerous relationship from which she has trouble escaping.
