Born in Basel, Switzerland, this skinternational actress has mostly stayed close to home, although she has worked and trained in Berlin, Germany, for a time. Charlotte’s become a fixture of both stage and screen, taking on classic theatre roles like Gertrude in Hamlet, Mrs Higgins in My Fair Lady, and Berta in Boeing Boeing, as well as appearing in over twenty film and television productions, such as Café Bâle (2002-2005), November (2003), Tod einer Ärztin (2005), Hunkeler und die Augen des Ödipus (2012), and The Hour of Living (2012). Charlotte’s also been known to pop up in a short film or seven, and in 2018, her role in the short Paleontology finally gave us the chance to study her body up close!
