Dorothy De Poliolo, for all of her fine attributes, only had the chance to show off her acting chops in one movie, the 1960 Italian thriller L’Avventura. Chances are it was because she happened to show some tit in the film, and one must not forget that even in Italy in 1960, on-screen nudity was rather frowned upon. Nevertheless, it’s there for an exceptionally brief instant, and from an undeniably awkward angle, at that. The shot is rather tame by today’s standards, but there’s no doubt that it could have been what led to the pretty little Italian’s downfall in the movie world.
