Mexican TV in 1989 beat the pants off of any Roseanne or Cheers episode in the US any day of the week. In fact, it literally beat the pants off of actress Elsa Aguirre, who lost not only the bottom half of her wardrobe playing Carolina de Castro in the television series Lo Blanco y lo negro, aka Black and White in Color, but her top half as well in several sultry scenes. And sure, she was pushing 60 at the time, but she didn't let a thing like that stop her from showing off everything she’s got, which still looked exceedingly hot. Elsa got her start as a health minister in the film El sexo fuerte (1946), or The stronger sex, and has been on either the television or movie screen for almost 60 years. The shapely female got sexy on the big screen in lingerie as Remedios in the film Solo de noche vienes (1966), or Only at night do you come, and is widely considered to be one of the most beautiful and classic actresses of the Golden Age of Mexican Cinema. In the United States, she can be seen as in the movie Giant (1956), directed by George Stevens and starring Rock Hudson, James Dean, and Elizabeth Taylor. All told she did over 40 feature films, and starred in 12 different TV series totalling over 225 episodes. In 2003, she was the recipient of the Special Golden Ariel award, the equivalent of an Academy Honorary Award for Lifetime Achievement.
