Born on July 31, 1962, in Dallas, Texas, Kym Malin has always been a beauty who likes to show off her fit bod. She was on her school's diving team as a young girl, and she went on to win the title "The Most Perfect Body in Texas" in a local beauty pageant. Eventually, to no one's surprise, Kym made her way to the pages of nudie mags. Like many a bodaciously built blonde Playboy Playmate of the '80s (think Kimberly MacArthur, Shannon Tweed, and Lynda Weismeier, for starters), titillating Texan Kym — Playboy's May 1982 Playmate of the Month — tore off her top as window dressing for such silly sex comedies of the day as Joysticks (1983) and Weird Science (1985). She submitted a couple of similarly topless turns in Die Hard (1988) and Roadhouse (1989) before appearing at her most pulchritudinous as a Vegas nightclub entertainer/secret agent in Picasso Trigger (1989), an action flick following two babes who are trying to stop a supervillain, and and Guns (1990), which has less plot and more buns and bombs from actresses like Cynthia Brimhall, Devin DeVasquez, Dona Speir, and, of course, Kym. Both of those flicks were straight-to-tape sagas by boobs-and-bullets auteur Andy Sidaris. A couple more Sidaris straight-to-tapers followed — Enemy Gold (1993) and The Dallas Connection (1994), but Kym with a "Y" hasn't been seen onscreen since. What has happened to Ms. Malin? Perhaps Mr. Skin will never know. At least her hot bod has been preserved on VHS tapes for all of our late night needs!
