Laura Ellen James is the daughter of an actor and a former Miss World contestant from 1978, so it’s no surprise she followed in both parents footsteps, even though she originally studied Hotel Resort Tourism Management in college. Laura was first skintroduced to audiences when she competed in - and won! - the nineteenth season of the reality series America’s Top Model.
