Born in the Bronx and raised in Orange County, NY, Lovie got her first taste of acting when she appeared in a commercial for JC Penney. Her big break would come in 2016 when she landed the role of Zora in the OWN drama series Greenleaf. Two years later she made her film debut in 2018’s Monster but is probably better remembered for starring in the witchy 2020 sequel The Craft: Legacy. She then returned to the boob tube for the first season of Starz’s Power Book III: Raising Kanan, but Lovie wouldn’t grace us with even a hint of skin until the 2025 Netflix series FOREVER. Lovie lets loose in a few skimpy bikini tops, has a scene losing her virginity, even gets her box munched in the moonlight but we never see anything more than a poking nip under her shirt. Hopefully that won’t be the case forever!
