Not an actress, but an Olympic gold-medalist athlete. Megan Rapinoe is the captain and player who helped the US Women's national soccer team win not one, not two, but three World Cup tournaments, in addition to a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics. A force to be reckoned with and a bold, spunky, take-no-prisoners, bar-no-holds attitude, she became the first openly gay female to appear in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition in 2019, and has appeared on the Showtime TV series The L Word: Generation Q in 2019, in addition to what seems like a 101 talk shows and late-night programs. The Redding, California, native was the second overall pick in the 2008 draft; has played soccer for clubs in America (most notably Seattle), Australia, and France; and was named The Best FIFA (Federation International Football Association) Women’s Player in 2019, in addition to being included in Time magazine’s “100 Most Influential People of 2020” list. In 2019, she not only attended the ESPY (Excellence in Sports Performance Yearly) Awards that honor athletes, she also dressed to the nines in a black suit jacket buttoned at the waist—and nothing underneath it. When she stood in the audience to head up stage and collect an award, her pink hair swept back and chains dangling between her cleavage, that suit jacket gaped open and one entire breast, sans nipple, popped out to say hello. (Mr. Skin waved back; it was the polite thing to do.) So yeah, that happened. Suddenly, ball buster has a whole new meaning.
