Pretty blonde babe Robyn Cohen has been gracing many scenes since her debut as a nurse in the vampiric series Angel in 2000. For her first big role in a major motion picture, she nabbed the part of Anne-Marie Sakowitz in Wes Anderson’s quirky flick The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004), starring a red-hatted Bill Murray, Owen Wilson, and Anjelica Huston. Throughout the film, Robyn’s character is perpetually topless, whether sunning on the beach, checking off notes on a clipboard, or taking a run with a gang of red hats. Her perky pair liven up every scene, even if they don’t always get the appreciation they deserve. The actress has also appeared in over 85 national commercials, and has been a prolific stage actress. She’s also good buddies with James Franco, and has worked with him on numerous projects. In the theater, the two starred together in Encounters, Fool’s Gold and The Ape. On the big screen, Franco directed and acted with the female star in a film version of Fool’s Gold (2005), as well as Good Time Max (2007), The Institute (2017), and just took on directing duties with her in Bukowski (2013). Away from the Franco orbit, she played Carla in the Starz original series Gravity in 2010, and has popped up in primetime on numerous network series, including The Mentalist, NCIS, The Closer, NCIS: Los Angeles, and Cristela, as well as the mini-series Law & Order True Crime (2017), and the TV movies That Guy (2006) and An Average American Marriage (2012).
