You've seen black and beautiful Victoria Rowell everywhere. She's popped up in everything from The Distinguished Gentleman (1992) to Dumb and Dumber (1994) to Barb Wire (1996). She's that hot yet down-to-Earth chick whose milky-soft skin seems to glow from within. Victoria began training as a ballerina at a very early age, eventually dancing with the American Ballet Theater II. And you thought legs like those came out of nowhere? It was a long, hard road to the movies for Victoria, who spent eighteen years in foster care. The big-hearted babe gave back to the community when she founded the Rowell Foster Children's Fine Arts Scholarship Fund, which provides ballet training for foster kids. Rowell made her film debut in the Bill Cosby debacle Leonard Part 6 (1987), but just a few years later her beautiful eyes and bewitching smile brought her fame as Drusilla on The Young and the Restless. Parts in other films began pouring in, but it wasn't until Dr. Hugo (1998) (also known as Eve's Bayou) that Victoria finally gave the world what it had long been waiting for: a peek at one of her perky peaks.
