Nina Ivanisin is Aleksandra, a girl from a small town in Slovenia who's working her way through English language school as a prostitute in Ljubljana in the drama A Call Girl (2009). But things take a turn for the worse when an obese client has a heart attack and dies during sex and the police come looking for her. Early on in the film, we get a good look at Nina's sitter as she's getting pounded from behind. Looks like you're having a ball, girl!
