A solider spends a dark night in the woods with a mysterious woman in the short film Am Galgen (2008). 1633, Maximilian (This Maag) has been stationed at a gallows to guard a fresh corpse from body snatchers. After briefly falling asleep, he wakes up in a panic to discover that the body has disappeared. Max flees into the surrounding forest where he meets a seductive woman who offers to let him stay with her for the night. But of course, nothing is what it seems to be.
