“Love, curiosity, Prozac, and doubt” make a potent cocktail in Miguel Santesmases’s jet-black Spanish comedy Amor, curiosidad, prozak y dudas (2001). Pilar Punzano, Rosa Mariscal, and Silvia Marsó star as three very different sisters who are convinced that their lives are on exactly the right track. It’s only while stepping back to evaluate various setbacks that Cristina (Punzano), Rose (Mariscal), and Ana (Marsó) realize that they need each other more than they think. Troubles aside, there’s no doubt these sisters have fallen from a pretty special family tree--Punzano and Marsó take pains to show off their tantalizing bods in scenes that will have you glued to the screen.
