A jealous woman is driven to the brink of insanity upon learning of her husband’s extramarital affair in Ciemna strona Wenus (1998). Radoslaw Piwowarski’s smoldering Polish romantic thriller, distributed internationally as The Dark Side of Venus, places its heroine in the difficult position of having to decide how to confront her husband about his infidelity. The woman eventually decides to ask him to reenact his encounter, a decision that causes their relationship to quickly nosedive.
