When a slew of young women go missing, only for their bodies to crop up as the latest victims of a serial killers, the public looks to Chief Inspector Al Brodsky (Kenneth Welsh) for answers in Cold Blooded (2000). Set during a particularly brutal winter, the Chief Inspector is on the hunt for the culprit before another girl falls victim, but soon a young woman is found naked and frozen solid in the snow. When the police department, spear headed by detective Lou Miles (John Kapelos) names the cause of death a suicide, local reporter Vidal (Tony Nardi) is on the case. It seams Miles might know more than he is letting on.
