Dirty Fears (2020) is a horror film written and directed by Carlo Fusco about an escapee from a local mental institution who runs away to an isolated motel in the mountains. Once he runs to the mysterious mountain hotel, he starts to take care of it and model it for himself. He begins to run it and it does not take long for the place that used to be meant for rest and relaxation in an idyllic mountain setting to become a harbinger of nightmares. This place starts to bring doom and gloom to anyone who is staying there for some R & R. Well, what about the T & A?
