A soldier's daughter doesn't have to look far to find love in the Russian drama Expiation (2012). 16-year-old Sasha (Viktoriya Romanenko) has a lot on her mind-- the recent death of her father, her mother's food-pilfering habit, the prisoner of war sleeping in her living room and, you know, the general miserable state of life in the Soviet Union just after WWII. but when she meets a young soldier just returned home from the front, she tentatively begins to open up to him. Speaking of opening up, Viktoriya bares much more than her soul going topless in the bath. Expiation? More like Ejaculation!
