Vietnam Vet-turned-vigilante John Eastland (Rob Ginty) is back patrolling the city of New York in this 1984 sequel. By day, he’s got a new job working as a garbage man for his old war buddy Be Gee (Frankie Faison), and by night, he cleans up the streets in a very different way - setting fire to criminals with a flamethrower. His latest target is a street gang led by X (Mario Van Peebles) who has a beef with Be Gee for interfering in the gang’s armored car operation. Eastland meets a dancer named Caroline (Deborah Geffner) at a bar and the two have a sensuous tumble in the sack but then both Be Gee and Caroline are killed by X, leading to a final free-for-all in an industrial parking lot.
