The English-language Italian film Finalmente l'alba, or Finally Dawn (2024), is set in the 1950s and tells the story of Mimosa (Rebecca Antonaci) and her sister Iris (Sofia Panizzi) as they travel to Rome's famed Cinecitta Studios in hopes of landing work.
