Lo sabe el ministro? (1991) is a Spanish comedy about a decision by the Spanish Defense Ministry to change to look of the military's uniforms. What seems at first like a simple, business-minded decision soon devolves into a collision between traditionalists and those who look forward, with lots of in-fighting, back door dealings (not those kind, unfortunately) and intrigue. It's a story of cronyism and corruption told with its tongue planted firmly in its cheek.
