A military family struggles to adjust to their new home on the German boob tube series Nicht von schlechten Eltern (1993-1998). The Schefer family moves around a lot thanks to Papa Wolfgang Schefer's job in the Navy. Their newest relocation is from the city of Kiel to the city of Bremen; adjusting is hard enough for siblings Alex (Colin Kippenberg), Moritz (Steven Bennett), Jenny (Tina Ruland) and Felix (Patrick Bach), but when their mom Sybille (Sabine Postel) gets a job as a teacher at their new school, their awkward transition becomes a full-on ordeal.
