The Good Place's Kristen Bell returns to TV playing Joanne Williams, who, along with her sister Morgan (Justine Lupe), hosts a podcast about sex and relationships in Los Angeles. Most of the fodder for their show revolves around Joanne’s terrible and very detailed dating history, but things end up turning around for her when she meets the newly single Noah (Adam Brody) at a party. The hitch is that Noah is a rabbi and Joanne is very much not Jewish. But they get together anyway and seemingly start to find real happiness despite how their unconventional coupling is affecting the professional life she built on her relationship failures, not to mention his career and his dynamic with his close knit, devout family. At the end of season one, Joanne breaks it off but Noah runs after her and they decide to stick together and make it work. By season 2, they are officially out of the honeymoon phase, but that doesn’t mean the sexiness falls by the wayside. In one episode, Kristen gets cheeky in a pair of black panties while she and Adam are making out.
