Dr. Eugene Sands (David Duchovny) is a famous LA surgeon who is stripped of his license after performing an operation while high on amphetamines. Eugene attempts to start over, but soon finds himself drifting into the criminal underworld, where the meets professional counterfeiter Raymond Blossom (Timothy Hutton). Raymond offers Eugene a job treating the gunshot wounds of his fellow mobsters, but when Eugene gets tangled up with gorgeous gang moll Claire (Angelina Jolie), he may soon be in need of a doctor himself. There's no nudity in this flick, but there is an underwear scene featuring Angelina Jolie at the height of her sexpot powers. Playing God will make you play with your knob.
