A Spanish-language drama based on true events, this Argentinian Netflix original stars Lux Pascal (yep, the trans sister of Pedro) as Carla Antonella Rodríguez, Argentina's first female miner. Born Carlos Enrique in the coal town of Río Turbio to a family of miners, she was already employed in the business when she legally changed her name and gender, but lost her job because of the culture’s weird superstition surrounding women in mines that deemed them a cause of danger.
