As the title suggests, the horror comedy Redneck Zombies (1987) features a town full of hillbillies who become ravenous cannibalistic undead creatures when a batch of moonshine contaminated with radioactive waste makes the rounds. And when a group of seven tenderfoot hikers wanders into their midst, the redneck zombies have found their prey. Along with cannibalism, dismemberment, and gore, the movie also features the naked breasts of Joan Murphy. Yee-haw!
