We meet Alex (Blu Hunt), an L.A. office worker, as she’s caught up in an endless cycle of boring workdays followed by meaningless hookups with guys she meets on dating apps. While using one called Friktion she matches with the charismatic Kyle (Ben Smith-Petersen), and the two share an instant connection.
