Sex Pistols fans had plenty of reasons to feel that way before The Filth and the Fury (2000), Julian Temple's rock doc on the band that taught the world to never mind the Bollocks. Julian's first film on the Pistols, The Great Rock 'n' Roll Swindle (1980), was told solely from madman manager Malcolm Maren's's point of view, so this time the director set out to tell the band's side of things. The Filth and the Fury combines archival footage, previously unseen interviews with the late Sid Vicious, and new interviews with surviving members John Lydon, Steve Jones, Paul Cook, and Glen Mattock.
