Growing up, no one really paid attention to Naota Mitsui (Kengo Kora) - not his parents, not his fellow students, and definitely not girls. He was fine being an introvert who spent his days alone breeding guppies, until he realized one of his classmates, Chihiro Sasaki (Kanako Nishikawa), not only knew his name but wanted to talk to him and seemed interested in learning about his aquatic hobby. After one coffee together, he was smitten, but that ended up being their only encounter and as time moved on he lost track of her. Eleven years later, Naota decides to hire a private investigator to find Chihiro, and then opens an aquarium store across from her house in the suburbs where she lives with her husband and daughter. One day she comes into the store and (not recognizing him) he sells her an aquarium, the delivery of which gives him the opportuniy to steal her key and make a copy. He now not only sneaks into Chihiro’s house but also sets up microphones inside so he can really spy on her. This is how he learns that her husband (Kenichi Abe) is phsysically and emotionally abusive. Fearing for her safety, he starts hiding under bed, sometimes for hours, while the couple has sex and the husband gets increasingly more violent. Should he reveal himself, and when? Speaking of revealing, Kanako breaks out all three Bs during one of their harrowing sex scenes and topless twice more for a nudecomer debut of epic proportions! The film got a Korean remake in 2023, but there's nothing like Kanako's original skin!
