Mr. Skin Anti-Human Trafficking and Anti-Exploitation Policy

1. Commitment

SK Intertainment, Inc. (the "Company"), the operator of MrSkin.com (the "Site"), is committed to preventing human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, and all forms of modern slavery in connection with our business, platform, and operations.

The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, coercion, abuse, or exploitation of any person, and we actively work to ensure that our services are not used to facilitate or promote that conduct.

This policy applies to all use of the Site and all content, services, and activities made available through it.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The Company strictly prohibits the use of the Site to:

Any content, account, or activity associated with that conduct is subject to immediate removal and enforcement action.

3. Content Standards and Monitoring

The Company employs reasonable measures to prevent and address trafficking-related risks, including:

  • Content standards that prohibit illegal, non-consensual, or exploitative material;
  • Automated and manual review processes designed to identify prohibited content;
  • Complaint and reporting mechanisms that allow users and third parties to report suspected violations;
  • Prompt review and escalation of reports involving potential trafficking or exploitation.

Where appropriate, the Company may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, and preserve records in accordance with applicable law.

4. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

The Company encourages the reporting of suspected trafficking or exploitation. Reports may be submitted through the Site’s reporting tools or designated contact channels.

Where credible evidence of trafficking, exploitation, or related criminal activity exists, the Company will cooperate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities as required by law, including by providing information lawfully requested through valid legal process.

5. Third-Party and Partner Expectations

The Company expects third-party service providers, contractors, and business partners to adhere to applicable anti-trafficking and labor laws and to maintain policies and practices that prohibit human trafficking and exploitation.

The Company does not knowingly engage with partners who participate in or benefit from trafficking, forced labor, or exploitation.
