Biography

This Catalan actress, playwright, and director is an alumnus of several acting schools, including El Col·legi de Teatre, El Galliner, or El Estudio Laura Jou, among others. A venerated stage performer who has worked with prestigious companies such as the performing arts theaters Sala Beckett and El Teatre La Gleva, Berta made her first and biggest splash on screen in 2022 when she and her friend Belén Barenys teamed up with documentarian Miguel Ángel Blanca to make the series Autodefensa, about two rebellious twentysomethings finding themselves in Barcelona.
