She grew to be a tween who posed in Calvin Klein jeans before turning to the big screen with the period piece Pretty Baby (1978). By 1980, the fabulous 15-year-old starred in the island classic The Blue Lagoon. Being underage, she left the nudity to a body double, but even that fact can’t spoil the fantasy!
