Biography

This fiery Italian and Puerto Rican princess, Carmella DeCesare, was actually a former Playboy Playmate of the Year back in 2004, this was of course after she was a finalist on the short lived series Who Wants to Be a Playmate? back in 2002. So there is no shortage of nudity out there for this little firecracker of a babe as she graced the covers of Playboy on multiple occasions.
