Some movie sequels are crazier than the original and some of those crazy sequels also have even crazier nude scenes than the original film. Sex sells and sequels know that people want updates on the plot AND they want to see the beloved characters from the first film go nude. Here are a few sequels that upped the ante on the original AND the original's nudity.
Book of Shadows: Blair Witch 2
1999's The Blair Witch Project was iconic. No matter what you think of the film's horror elements, it is undeniable that this single film was the first to utilize modern viral marketing to its advantage, yielding one of the best returns any film has ever seen. It also essentially invented the found footage genre! So what was the sequel going to do with all of that? Nudity, of course!
The first film had no nudity, but the second film did. Erica Leerhsen goes full frontal when she runs around naked at night. The cast reviews the footage from the night before and finds their friend Erica dancing naked as if she was possessed by the witch.
Predator 2
Predator 2 is a bonkers sequel. Instead of a jungle, the LAPD is fighting off alien Predators in Los Angeles. The sequel was not well-received when it was originally released, but fans have come around to embrace this super weird addition to The Predator canon. The original 365 Days was released on Netflix in 2020 which introduced us to Anna Maria Sieklucka who is held captive by an Italian mobster who says that he will let her go if she doesn't fall in love with him after a year. Well, she does! The sequel follows up with the couple and shows that they are in love - very in love. How do we know that? Because they make a lot of sweet and sexy love.
