Crooks (2024)

Charly Markovic (Frederick Lau) used to be a criminal safecracker, but he’s settled down with his wife Samira (Svenja Jung) and their son Jonas (Jonathan Tittel) and is trying to live a quiet, normal life. Unfortunately, the criminal world isn’t done with him, and soon an old associate named Stepan (Sergej Trifunovic) recruits him and a driver named Joseph (Christoph F. Krutzler) to steal a coin from a nail salon. Sounds pretty harmless, right? Charly is hesitant, but he agrees after his family is threatened and he’s promised they will be left alone if he just does this one last job. Except the coin is the very rare Catherine the Great coin, worth millions of Euros, and currently in the possession of the rival gang who originally stole it from the its home in a museum. Until Charly lifts it, and now he’s at the center of a war between Berlin thugs and Serbian burglars, not to mention being chaed by the authorities. The action continues in Season 2, and speaking of action, you’ll be ready for some of your own when you catch Lili Epply nipping out in a leotard while dancing to Swan Lake, as well as the slender bikini bod of Mimi Tao. If we got to see them nude, Crooks would have us hooked even more!
