The “nannies” in question are a group of hitmen that worked for Pablo Escobar (John Leguizamo), the infamous leader of the Medellin drug cartel in Colombia, and who were essentially also tasked with looking after his eldest son Juan Pablo Escobar, nicknamed “Juampi.” Based on the real Juan Pablo’s memoirs and told from his perspective, we follow Juampi from age seven (Sebastián Marroquín) to age sixteen (Janer Villareal), the year his father was gunned down by Colombian special forces, reluctantly putting Juan in charge. As the years go by, Juampi becomes more and more aware of, and traumatized by, his father’s violent, criminal world, while surrounded by these “nannies”, one of whom is a teen named Rodri (Julián Zuluaga) that Juampi becomes close with. But dad's drug empire isn't the only thing getting exposed! 90s pinup Carmen Electra makes a nudity comeback by going topless for the first time in decades, meanwhile Emily Zapata Luna and Juanita Molina both strip down for the first time on screen. Emily’s bare breasts gets whipped out at a bar, and Juanita delivers T’n’A in a pair of bedroom scenes. All three have some killer mammies!
