Joyce Giraud held the title of Miss Puerto Rico Universe 1998 and was the second runner-up at the 1998 Miss Universe Pageant. She’s not only a model but once owned her own agency with Miss Puerto Rico 1983, Carmen Batiz. She lives in Los Angeles now and has landed roles on Baywatch Hawaii and Dude, Where’s My Car? (2000).
