After school, Luann became a licensed practical nurse and was working in that field when she started modeling and quickly realize having people pay you to take your picture was a hell of a lot more fun than taking care of someone’s bodily fluids or a bloody wound. In 1993 she realized the dream of many American girls and became royalty when she married Count Alexandre de Lesseps. They divorced in 2009, but she got to keep her title of “countess” until 2016 when she remarried. While she has had bit parts in a few shows like Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Eden, she is mostly known as one of the Real Housewives of New York. Appearing on more than 240 episodes of the show, Luann is one of the most popular housewives on the show.
She became very popular around Mr. Skin headquarters in an episode of The Real Housewives of New York when she strips down and does some skinny dipping. While she and the other wives are drinking and partying around the pool, Luann, on a dare, takes her bikini off and jumps in the pool. The boobs and bush are blurred, but we do get a great shot of her bare ass and her body is tight. We see that tight body throughout the show. She hits the beach in bikinis, we see her shirtless in a bra, she dances in a skimpy swimsuit, and she strips and flashes her friend.
