The late 90s were a great time in the career of Juilliard trained actress, comedian, writer, and director Melanie Vesey! Her acting career kicked into high gear when she made nude debut in the Hal Hartley indie classic Henry Fool (1997), playing a topless Go-Go Dancer alongside the film's star Thomas Jay Ryan, and two years later played younger sister Carol to Jim Carrey's Andy Kaufman in the Milos Forman directed biopic Man on the Moon (1999). Melanie spent most of the 2000s and 2010s honing her craft behind the camera and up on stage, but she came roaring back with a role on a 2021 episode of the hit FXX series Dave!
