Raphaelle Standell-Preston is a Canadian singer/songwriter who is known for fronting the bands Blue Hawaii and Braids. In the latter’s music video for the song “Taste”, we get to see more than just Raphaelle’s musical talents. Remember in college, when you would paint your room with laundry detergent, turn on a black light, take copious amounts of drugs and just stare at the walls all night? Neither do we-but we’ve been told it’s a pretty cool visual. Standell-Preston takes it to the next level by showcasing her gorgeous body under the luminescent glow of the black light. The splatter effect makes it creepy and sexy all at the same time. We just became huge fans of her work…the music is pretty good too.
