Since her boob-tube debut in a 1998 episode of the sitcom Malibu, CA, brown-haired babe Regen Brooks has spent most of her career keeping her clothes on in TV shows like The Bold and the Beautiful, Summerland, Charmed, Las Vegas, and Kitchen Confidential. Luckily her topless appearance in the 2003 crime comedy Hollywood Homicide broke this unfortunate trend. Four years later, Regen revealed rackage for a second time as the sweetly sexy woman on top in the romantic comedy Loveless in Los Angeles (2007), and the TV show, Chemistry (2011). While her nude scenes so far have been painfully brief, Mr. Skin holds out hope that the Brooks whoppers will soon reappear and give us all a better look.
