She had a famously big mouth . . . and a huge bust to match! Acting legend Shelley Winters was a prolific figure of both stage and screen with a prolific figure of her own. Raised in Brooklyn, she fled to Hollywood in the early 1940s and broke into showbiz by playing “blonde bombshell” roles. And with her impressive 37-26-36 bod, Shelley was one bombshell who exploded the laps of all who laid eyes on her! A serious craftswoman who was a devotee of The Actors Studio, she won an Oscar for her work in The Diary of Anne Frank (1959). She switched from sexpot roles to big, brash blowhard ones, notably in The Poseidon Adventure (1972) and as the mother spurned for her pubescent peach of a daughter in Lolita (1962), and became notorious for dishing the filth on all her costars with cutting wit, like a latter-day Mae West.
