It’s not your average medical drama - the first season of this Max series has every episode consecutively covering one hour of a shift in real time at the Pittsburgh hospital where Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch (Noah Wyle) serves as chief attendant. He oversees all the patients that come into The Pitt’s (short for Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital) emergency department and all the residents, student doctors, nurses, and other staff that tend to them while having to deal with a pushy administrator who wants better reviews about the overcrowded hospital’s service without having to hire more doctors. There are all manner of medical misfortunes that come in each hour - falls, crashes, burns, drugs, seizures, teen pregnancies, you name it. There’s even a woman who comes in during episode 6 who paid a guy she saw on TikTok to inject her butt with silicone. As you can guess, her buns don’t get the lift she was looking for, probably (the docs assume) because he used silicone caulk from Home Depot. Oof. That woman is Chanel, played by Megan Barkley, wearing a gnarly-looking prosthetic posterior because we ASSume this babe's behind is too beautiful to convince audiences it had a botched procedure just by itself. Other nudity includes a close-up of some fake labia during a birthing scene, plus boobage from an overdose victim played by Fernanda Moya and a mass shooting casualty (Sloan Mannino). Season Two takes place on a 4th of July with record high temps, and delivers some brief booty from Tina Ivlev and topless moments from patients played by Rebekah Tripp and Nicole Wolf. The weather isn't the only thing that's hot!
