Although less noticeable than her blonder, taller partner in anti-crime, Sergeant Christine Cagney (played by buxom Sharon Gless), Lacey has a tender vulnerability just below her tough skin that, in showing, glowingly garners almost as many bones as the site of Cagney's caboose. Lacey also has that sexier, Brooklynesque, bad-girl voice to her credit. But the topper to the Cagney vs. Lacey debate . . . if Mary Beth Lacey is good enough for TV hubby Harv, than she's definitely good enough for Mr. Skin. Before Cagney & Lacey the show, there was Cagney & Lacey the movie. Darling Daly also stars in the previous version with the ever sMASHing Loretta Swit, giving the polished performance that earned her the series. Before all things Cagney & Lacey there was (best of all) The Adulteress (1973). Tyne's tiny titties can be seen in their one and only sweet skinematic appearance. Talk about perky! Now Mr. Skin really knows what Harv was always making such a loud fuss about.
