Randy and robust, British babe Veronica Clifford made her professional debut in the classic Romeo and Juliet (1965), a TV version of the Shakespeare play where she played a nurse. But it would be years before audiences would get to see her nursing breasts. First she had to play in a number of raunchy comedies such as Every Home Should Have One (1970) and Up the Chastity Belt (1971), before landing the iconic role of Farmer’s Wife (OK, it’s usually the farmer’s daughter who gets the story going) in The Raggedy Rawney (1988).
